I ordered the frameset from Japan, but it was shipped almost two weeks later.
At first, I was very worried because I sent several emails to get an explanation, but finally, many days later, I got the reply that a product I had ordered, together with the frameset, was not available for shipping yet. So, the website is not a scam!
Once everything was available, the shipping has been very rapid, and the frameset has safely arrived.
I found a couple of light and minor scratches, but nothing serious.
I would have liked support to respond to emails more quickly, but I've seen reviews of other products where people complain about the same thing. I imagine the store is a small business with only a few people working and not able to check emails all the time.
High Quality, at a Great Price. Most importantly, the boss is very happy about it. Just in time before Father's Day, so I could earn some credits.
It comes with Headset, cable plugs for Wireless settings, and the MRP Chainguide. (thou, I had to put a spacer to make it fits for the 52mm chainline...)

My wife and I were seeking a lighter weight set of Ebikes and the Turbo Tero X4 was the goal. Size XL was available locally but size Med was harder to come by. A quick call for some clarity and a few questions about the process/delivery we made the order online and couldn't be more pleased with the results. Received an order confirmation immediately after and the bikes within a week. We recommend Sierra Bicycle Supply. Also, the Specialized Turbo Tero X 4.0 is a well executed design and light enough to ride comfortably enough without any assist. BIG improvement over our 78lb fat-tire, hard-tail ebikes Thanks SBS!
Sierra bicycle supply is just a very professional supplier – simply put. Finally got to mount this 27.5 rear wheel on my G3 Levo.
Really happy with it! It did really well on my first long ride. 13.3miles 3800 ft elevation gain. I love the design of the rim. Seems like it’s gonna hold up.
