How to Order


Shipping Policies

Shipping charges apply per invoice unless the order is international, oversized, or overweight, in which case the customer will be contacted by phone or email prior to shipment.

All advertised shipping weights are dimensional weights as defined by FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Sierra Motorcycle, Inc. / Sierra Bicycle Supply reserves the right to select or change the shipping method at its discretion.

Sierra Motorcycle, Inc. / Sierra Bicycle Supply is not responsible for shipping delays caused by severe weather, acts of nature, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Confirmation, Invoicing & Charges

  • An order confirmation will be sent via email.

  • Partial shipments are charged in full at the time of shipment.

  • A detailed invoice is included with all merchandise.

  • All orders are subject to review for accuracy and fraud prevention prior to shipment.

How to Submit a Request

Price match requests must be submitted online or via email to info@sierrabmw.com

  1. Add the item(s) to your shopping cart.

  2. Email your request with a direct link to the competitor’s exact product page.

  3. After review, we will respond with instructions to complete your order.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Competitor must be an authorized U.S. dealer

  • Item must be new, identical (model, size, color, year), and in stock

  • Advertised pricing only (no carts, bundles, or quotes)

  • Shipping, handling, and taxes included in price comparison

  • Items under $50 are not eligible

  • eBay and Craigslist listings are excluded

  • Price-matched items cannot be combined with promotions or discount codes

  • Orders already placed may only be matched if still in “Order Processing” status

All price match requests are handled at the sole discretion of Sierra Motorcycle, Inc., DBA Sierra Bicycle Supply.


Warranty & Safety Disclaimer

Manufacturer warranties apply according to the manufacturer’s policies.

Sierra Motorcycle, Inc. / Sierra Bicycle Supply assumes no liability for injury, damage, or loss resulting from the installation or use of any product purchased through our stores or websites.

Used Merchandise

All used parts and merchandise are sold AS-IS, with no warranty, express or implied. Used items may contain known or unknown safety hazards. Buyer assumes all responsibility for inspection and safe installation.


General Returns Policy

  • Returns accepted within 60 days for eligible merchandise

  • Original packaging required

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless incorrect or defective merchandise was shipped

  • No returns on:

    • Used helmets

    • Electrical items

    • Repair manuals

    • Installed items

    • Used saddles

    • Personal apparel (socks, undergarments)

    • Apparel showing wear beyond fitting

Pre-orders and backorders must be paid in full at time of order and reserved for future shipment.


Bicycle-Specific Returns Policy

Sierra Motorcycle, Inc. / Sierra Bicycle Supply (“Seller”) accepts eligible bicycle-related returns within sixty (60) days of purchase, at Seller’s sole discretion, and in accordance with Nevada law.

Eligibility

Items must be new, unused, unaltered, and in original packaging, including manuals, tags, and accessories. Used, installed, damaged, or incomplete items are not eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Special Order items

  • Closeout items

  • Complete Bicycles, Frames, and Wheels (except as noted below)

Bicycles, Frames & Wheels

  • Returns require prior written approval

  • Accepted for store credit only, unless otherwise approved in writing

  • Subject to restocking, inspection, and reconditioning fees

  • Must arrive safe, complete, and undamaged

  • Risk of loss transfers to customer upon delivery

  • Seller is not responsible for return shipping damage

  • Customers are responsible for proper packaging and insurance

Refunds & Fees

  • Refunds issued only when expressly authorized

  • Refunds issued to the original form of payment

  • Shipping, handling, delivery, assembly, and service fees are non-refundable

  • Credits/refunds may be reduced for damage, missing parts, or administrative costs


Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these policies.

Customers agree to contact Sierra Motorcycle, Inc. / Sierra Bicycle Supply and allow a reasonable opportunity for resolution before initiating a chargeback.

Chargebacks initiated in violation of these policies may be formally contested, using order confirmations, delivery records, policy disclosures, and communications.

Improper chargebacks may result in:

  • Forfeiture of refunds or store credit

  • Suspension or termination of purchasing privileges

  • Recovery of chargeback fees and administrative costs, as permitted by Nevada law


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, Seller’s liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product. Seller is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.


Governing Law & Venue

All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Venue is exclusively Washoe County, Nevada.


International Orders

  • Duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage, and customs fees are customer responsibility

  • Shipping and insurance only are included in invoice

  • Orders abandoned or refused remain fully chargeable

  • Unpaid international fees cannot be waived
