The Park Tool BBT-169 Steel Bottom Bracket / Lockring Tool is a heavy-duty 4140 steel workshop tool for removal and installation of components with 16-notch tool fittings, covering threaded bottom bracket cups, center lock disc brake rotor lockrings, and e-bike motor lockrings. The BBT-169 fits 16-notch fittings with a major diameter of 44–45mm and a minor diameter of 42.7mm, encompassing Shimano BB80, BB5700, XT BB70, BB51, and previous external bearing threaded cups, as well as cups from Campagnolo, Chris King, FSA MegaExo, Hope, SRAM/Truvativ GXP, Race Face X-type, Surly, and others. Center lock disc brake rotor lockrings and Bafang BBSH and BBS02 mid-drive motor lockrings are also within its scope, making the BBT-169 one of the broadest-application tools in the Park Tool bottom bracket range. The extra-deep body handles extra-wide spindles, low-profile walls seat into recessed lockrings, and three drive options — 3/8" drive, 1" hex, and 36mm wrench flats — address seized components across the full compatibility list. Integrated threads accept the Park Tool BBT-RS Bottom Bracket Tool Retaining System or GPS-1 Guide Pins (each sold separately).

The battery does exactly what it is supposed to. 50% more juice for those longer rides. The purchase experience was disappointing. The website says "Ready for pickup in 2–4 days — Or ships today" In reality, it shipped more than a week after I placed the order.
The CLX III are exceptional I was a little apprehensive about buying them having ridden the Enve 4.5 but you feel less crosswinds and their lighter and spin fast. The spokes seemed to offer a lot of dampening vibration. Win win in my book.

S Works Prevail 3 Fits Like a Glove
The S-Works Prevail 3 is one of the most comfortable bike helmets I’ve worn. The fit system adjusts perfectly, and once I ratchet the MIPS cradle to my head, the helmet almost disappears — it conforms so well that I barely notice I’m wearing it.
Ventilation is excellent. Riding in moderate weather around the mid-70s, my head stayed cool and comfortable without overheating. The airflow design really works.
Thankfully, I haven’t had to test the helmet in a crash, and I hope I never do. But the build quality and design give me a lot of confidence in the protection it offers. Highly recommended.
