Great deal and quick turnaround from Sierra. The bike arrived as promised and I took it to my LBS for assembly. My only complaint is that you can’t speak to anyone on the phone—only text and email. Highly recommend Sierra for the best online deal you can find!
Bought a Specialized Turbo Vado online at a great price. Delivery was relatively quick, and the bike was well protected in the shipping box. One glitch in the setup but the phone support was excellent, and I was on my first ride in short order. I was pleased with the process and recommend Sierra Bike for online shopping and service.
