Great Bike and Great Transaction

You can't beat the discount and free shipping. But if you do ship, you will have to re-assemble a few things, like pedals and handlebars. So you will need some metric hex wrenches and possibly some Torx screw drivers and be adept at figuring it out, since there are no instructions. And one or two things were left off the handlebar and I had to figure out where they went and how to get them on. In one case I had to take off a grip and slide the bar sideways in the neck(?) in order to slide the controller button onto the bar. Also it had a 2mm hex set screw deep inside, which was difficult to ascertain. Seems like it could have been pre-installed... But maybe not based on the length of the wire... I had to call the mechanic at Sierra a few times. But it was a fun little challenge especially never having worked on a modern bike...

Glad I discovered Sierra Bicycle Supply!

Love my new Tero X4, my third Specialized e-Bike. Sierra offered best price I could find, no sales tax (we don't live in Nevada), and free shipping, which was great because the bike was mostly assembled by Sierra before final shipment. I've been telling my friends in CA to check out Sierra, and I'll certainly be back when I'm ready for yet another bike.

So nice, bought it twice.

Out of desperation for a comfortable saddle, I purchased my first mirror the week of a double century. The saddle is fabulous. After two years of use, and one knock off from another company, I bought a second one for my gravel bike. Highly recommend!

Great price, great bike, great service.

The shop ordered the bike from Specialized honoring the sale price. Not sure what the bike shipped from Specialized look like, but the shop set it up, and went extra converting the tires tubeless before repacking it and shipping it out to me. Bike arrived in perfect condition. Will buy again from here. 1000% recommended. After getting used to the bike and dial the suspension to my liking, this Stumpy Evo is so much fun to ride on, climb well. Haven’t ridden the Stumpy 15 before so can’t say if the 15 is better. But i can say this Evo is very good.
