Great product and turn around time!

Tires are fantastic and give me a plush ride on the all aluminum framed e-bike. (Specialized Vado Sl). Great turnaround time and got the tires in a couple of days!

Good, not great

Bike is very good to ride - however there were cosmetic issues due to shipping/handling I guess. There were multiple scratches (one particularly deep) on the frame. The brake lever had also been slightly bent. For the price, it is able to be overlooked.

I was able to get a great price on this older model Turbo Levo from Sierra Bicycles. Customer service was excellent and shipping to Alaska was without a hitch. Bike was incredibly well packed and arrived fully tuned and ready to ride after mounting front tire and handlebars. Thank you Sierra!

I wasn't able to get the replacement pad sets anywhere else, not even on Specialized's own site. Arrived from the USA within a few days. Very happy!

Perfect Balance

All around solid tire having a perfect blend for various trail/road conditions. I tend to ride on gravel and some single tracks and this tire can handle it all.
