I feel like I bought a used bike with all of the things I discovered when I got it.
One of the SRAM AXS batteries was DOA and Sierra made it painful to get it replaced, so I just bought a new one on my nickel. I had to trash the tires that had dried sealant in them and I couldn't completely clean it out. It should have come with tubes but was converted to tubeless which I wasn't expecting. I paid a mechanic to go thru the build and he found lots of things not right in the assembly of the bike. It is all good now but I did incur additional cost to make it good.
