I recently ordered bottle caps. Stoked to get them. They fit great and our original ones have finally succumbed to the mold gods.
Somewhere during the ordering / invoicing process I was charged 1.95 for shipping insurance. Something I’d never ask for. Not sure how I missed it. As frustrating as this was, once they were informed of this, they quickly credited me back the money.
Kudos to the customer service team! They did the right thing and didn’t make me go through a ton of hoops.
