Ortlieb RC Frame bags feature a waterproof roll closure design. The roll Closure allows for a large opening, easing packing of larger or heavy items. Stable mounting with 3 strong, individually positionable hook and loop fasteners mounting the bag to the frame top tubes with one on each end for head and seat tubes.
