Lose fork in the box ended up in scratches. To date, no resolution

Bought a new bike frame, paid for the shipping insurance. Packing was poorly done, most likely by Specialized. Want to return the bike, but to date answers are vague and I am still more than $5000 out of pocket and a frame I do not want (bought another one in the meantime)

Great light for those night rides

Easy to use, very bright with wide viewing which makes those night rides that much better.

Way too tiny!

I ordered the gloves in a large size, which usually fits well.
The gloves were so small that I could not squeeze into them, I was on the verge of tearing the fabric, if I tried any further.
The salesman at Sierra insisted the gloves run a little small! I returned them a while ago and am waiting for an extra large size that is back ordered.
Do not buy these unless you can try them on in person.
P.S., I had to pay $13 to ship these back to Sierra Bicycle. Poor customer service?
