While the cassette’s architecture is rooted in the design of their lightest weight MTB cassette, XX SL, they were able to shave off an additional 25 grams from it without sacrificing performance or durability. Went with the rival setup instead of force and I am super happy that I did. If you don’t need the extra button on the hoods, these are probably the best value item in the AXS drivetrain.

The S-Works Prevail 3 is one of the most comfortable bike helmets I’ve worn. The fit system adjusts perfectly, and once I ratchet the MIPS cradle to my head, the helmet almost disappears — it conforms so well that I barely notice I’m wearing it.
Ventilation is excellent. Riding in moderate weather around the mid-70s, my head stayed cool and comfortable without overheating. The airflow design really works.
Thankfully, I haven’t had to test the helmet in a crash, and I hope I never do. But the build quality and design give me a lot of confidence in the protection it offers. Highly recommended.
