The Tarmac SL9 was born from the fastest road bike ever made. Not just because it’s the lightest. Not just because it’s our most aero. Not because it handles better than anything else on the road. But because it delivers the lowest real-world Time to Finish of any road bike ever made. Tarmac SL9 turns more of your effort into pure speed—validated for real race courses, real terrain, real riders. When the goal is to cross the line first, no road bike gets you there faster.

Sierra Bicycle Supply responded to my complaint in less than 2 hours and issued a refund for the defective tube.
This indicates to me that they are a good customer-oriented organization.
ORIGINAL COMPLAINT:
Both tires and tubes were well packaged and arrived safely. (All Condition Armadillo 700X25 and Standard Presta Valve tube 700X20-28C) I installed them and pumped them up with no problem. The next time I went to ride, the rear tube valve had a substantial leak. Loosening the nut and pressing the release pin resulted in a loud air leak that does not stop when I release the pin. The loud leak appears to stop when the nut is firmly tightened. I don't trust this arrangement.
I’ve had several cruxes, including an S works crux and for the money this is quite the value. I did a gravel race and cyclocross Race on my new DSW crux after cracking my S works frame in a Bike Crash. I was really impressed. Sure it’s about a pound heavier, but it has 90% of the performance. Great price point and probably more robust for CX.
Fair price on tires, quick delivery from Sierra Bicycle Supply, tires and new tubes on the bike and working well. I'm happy.
