The fine adjustment allows for optimum adaptation to different size workpieces and a comfortable gripping position. These pliers are self-locking on pipes and nuts, preventing slipping off the workpiece and requiring low hand force. The gripping surfaces have special hardened teeth (approx. 61 HRC) for low wear and reliable gripping. The box-joint design provides high stability with a double guide, and a pinch guard prevents operators' fingers from being pinched. Heard a lot of good things about this tires put them on my commuter. The roll much faster than the schwable energizers on it. Puncture protection only time will tell.

The CLX III are exceptional I was a little apprehensive about buying them having ridden the Enve 4.5 but you feel less crosswinds and their lighter and spin fast. The spokes seemed to offer a lot of dampening vibration. Win win in my book.
